GAP-produced short films screened in Rajshahi

RAJSHAHI, Mar 12: Two short films produced by Green Arrow Production were screened at the own office of GAP at Kalabagan of the city on Tuesday evening.
The short films entitled 'Antim Bhalobasha' and 'Shohanubhuti' drew huge applauses from the enthusiastic viewers. In the function, Liberation War researcher Waliur Rahman Babu, Senior Staff Reporter of daily Sonali Sangbad Tayebur Rahman, Desh TV Rajshahi divisional staff Atiq Rahman, Rajshahi Bureau Chief of Ekattor Television Rashid Rusho, Film Director Shariar Chayan spoke, among others.
Speakers at the function mentioned, there was a huge prospect of producing films in community levels for the development of film industries of the country. At present, many producers are making films outside the capital and artistes of Rajshahi are pioneering in this field. They also hoped, once a time, film industry will be developed in Rajshahi.
Ashk Ul Alam, Fahim, Shamiul Alam Shaon and Sonia of Green Arrow production informed, they were facing hurdles in preparing films because it was tough to find out a producer in Rajshahi. They sought cooperation from the media in this connection.
