Gas line fire victim dies at DMCH

GAZIPUR, Apr 18 (UNB): A man, who suffered burn injuries in a fire incident caused by gas pipeline explosion at Sreepur, died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) Friday.
The deceased was identified as Anwar (38), an employee of a local textile mill and hailed from Dohar.
A fire broke out at Mastarbari Bazar on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway following explosion of gas pipeline during expansion work of the highway Thursday, leaving 10 people inured and damaging 50 roadside shops, two houses and a mosque.
