The photo shows a partial view of a GAU Soybean-6 field. Researchers at Gazipur Agricultural University have developed the country's first highly drought-tolerant inbred soybean variety, 'GAU Soybean-6', under the leadership of Prof Dr M A Mannan of the Agronomy Department. The variety was approved by the National Seed Board on November 11, 2025
