Gazipur RMG factory fire doused

The fire that erupted in a readymade garment (RMG) factory in Gazipur has been doused. Police said the fire broke out in the RMG factory in Chandana intersection in Gazipur city on Sunday evening. When contacted, Station officer of Gazipur Fire Service and Civil Defence Hasibur Rahman said broke out in the factory around 6:10pm. Being informed, two firefighting units rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control around 7:00pm. However, no casualty is reported, according to a news agency.
