Gender sensitivity

One day, I saw the conductor of a bus talking angrily with a lady passenger for fair. The conductor had demanded extra fair but the woman wanted to pay the exact amount. He hurled bad comments at her and tried to stop her physically as she went down from the bus. I, along with the other male and female passengers, rebuked the conductor.
It is common phenomenon that women are treated badly outside of their homes. The age-old patriarchal mentality of people has not yet changed. Only proper and moral education can change our mindset towards women.
