Generation Next submits IPO proposal

The hundred per cent export-oriented textile company - Generation Next Fashions Limited - Sunday submitted its IPO proposal to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to go public under book building method, officials said.
The company has planned to raise about Tk 1,800 million from the capital market. The company will offload 30 million ordinary shares of Tk 10 each.
BRAC EPL Investments Limited has recently signed an agreement with Generation Next Fashions Limited for providing issue management service for the forthcoming IPO of the garment maker.
The company organised a road show for eligible institutional investors at a city hotel on October 7 last.
