German medical delegation attends free medical camp

The three-member visiting German medical delegation attended 100 patients and performed surgery upon the needy ones at a free medical camp organised by International Medical College and Hospital at Gazipur Monday, reports BSS. Team members-renowned plastic, hand and aesthetic surgeons Dr Med Gergely Pataki of Germany and Dr Christian Schmitz of Hungary took part in the camp arranged under the initiative of Prime Minister's Health Adviser Professor Dr Syed Modasser Ali. International Medicare Ltd Director General Maj Gen (retd) M Abdur Rob, Deputy Director MA Mobin Khan and Bangladeshi expatriate in Germany Hasanat Mia were also present, among others, at the camp. The initiatives titled "Medical Aid for Disabled Children and Women in Bangladesh" have been co-sponsored by internationally reputed multi-national organisations Hyundai Motor Europa Pure Medical Aesthetics, PRO-Bangladesh EV and Huesges Group represented by Honorary Consul of Bangladesh in Germany Arndt Huesges.
