Germany to be number one export mkt for BD: Tofail

Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed on Thursday said Germany soon will be number one export market for Bangladesh from its (Germany) current position of number two. "Germany expressed its satisfaction over Bangladesh's recent economic development. It is keen to provide all out cooperation to every sector including trade and commerce to Bangladesh in the days to come," he told journalists after holding a meeting with visiting German permanent state secretary for labour and social welfare of federal ministry Jorg Asmussen at Secretariat, according to a news agency.
