Girl gang-raped in Madaripur

MADARIPUR, June 24 (UNB): A 14-year-old girl was gang-raped by eight youths at Fakirkandi village in Rajoir upazila on Tuesday night, reports UNB.
Locals said the youths picked up the victim on Tuesday evening while she was going to her grandmother's house at Fakirkandi village from her Krishnapur home.
The rowdy youths took the victim to a bush and raped her there one after another.
Later, the villagers found the victim in an unconscious state in the bush early Wednesday and informed her family members.
The victim was admitted to Sadar Hospital in a critical condition.
