GLOBAL INSURANCE HOLDS 23RD AGM

The 23rd Annual General Meeting of Global Insurance Limited was held recently on a digital platform. The meeting approved 12.25 per cent cash dividend to the shareholders for the year 2022. Shareholders expressed their satisfaction on the overall good performance of the company during 2022. Chairman of the company Sayeed Ahmed presided over the meeting. Chief Executive Officer Md Mosharrof Hossain, Senior Consultant ABM Nurul Haq, Company Secretary Md Omar Faruk, CFO (CC) Md Ashraful Alam attended the meeting.
