A doctor-turned entrepreneur, Dr Balasuriya is an internationally sought after expert for his "unorthodox" style of motivational speaking. His observation came at a training workshop held at a city hotel, organised by the Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management in association with Sri Lankan Success Factory. Dr Naomal Balasuriya captivated a group of corporate professionals for three and half hours in a training that was divided into five parts-1) think world class, 2) feel world class, 3) act world class, 4) food for thought and 5) conclusion. The core areas covered during this training were the power of a world class vision, developing the leader within you, building a world class team, bonding a world class team, nothing is impossible attitude and communicating the compelling cause. Dr Balasuriya is thought to be one of the most academically and professionally diversified life-altering motivational speakers in the world, with his areas of expertise ranging from medicine to military to management and from marketing to mentoring and motivational speaking. He will be staying Bangladesh for the next few days to offer training to the corporate professionals.
