GMCC beat Mirpur Boys

GMCC edged past Mirpur Boys Cricket Club by eight runs in the only relegation league match of the Third Division Cricket League at the Gulshan Youth Club ground in the city Friday.
Opting to bat first after winning the toss, GMCC posted 246 runs for nine wickets in stipulated 50 overs with Sohan contributing 93 runs and Arif making 82.
Sujan grabbed three wickets for 46 runs while Obaidul took two wickets for 24 runs.
In reply, Mirpur Boys Cricket Club were all out for 238 in 48.1 overs with Zafar scoring 64 runs. Tanvir claimed three wickets for 48 runs while Arif took two for 31, UNB reports.
