GMG launches new reservation system

Private Airline operator, GMG Airlines, has introduced its state-of-the-art reservation host and departure control system to improve operational efficiency and to provide faster and reliable service to its customers and agents.
"The company is upgrading its reservation and departure control system as part of its modernization plan to transform GMG into a most preferred airline in the sub-continent," Christian Heinzmann, Chief Executive Officer of GMG told the FE.
He said the state-of-the art system 'MARS & MACS' owned and developed by MERCATOR, the IT arm of Emirates Airlines, became operational from Sunday morning.
