Godrej Prop to transfer 49pc stake

MUMBAI, Mar 31(Reuters): Godrej Properties Ltd said Wednesday it has entered into agreements to transfer 49 per cent equity share in unit Godrej Sea View Properties Pvt Ltd to HDFC PMS for Rs 550 million.
In the first tranche, the company has transferred 22.27 per cent of equity shareS to HDFC PMS for Rs. 250 milliion. The second tranche for transfer of 26.73 per cent will take place subsequently, it said in a statement.
