Gold trader killed

A gold trader was killed by so-called "Agyan Party" (Senseless Party) at Jhonson Road in old Dhaka Monday night. The victim was identified as Manoranjan Ghosh (50), a gold trader. He used to reside in his shop at 9 Tanti Bazar under Sutrapur police station. The Agyan party members offered Manoranjan Ghosh tea mixed with seductive item. As soon as he sipped the tea, the gold trader fell sick. Ghosh was brought in front of the Zila Parishad Office, then they left him there and fled the scene. —UNB
