Golden Son refund warrants to be credited tomorrow

The refund warrants of the unsuccessful applicants who applied for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Golden Son Limited will be credited to their respective bank accounts and the manual refund warrants will also be deposited in the respective banks tomorrow (Thursday), SEC and the company said.
The unsuccessful applicants, whose refund warrants were supposed to be distributed Tuesday staged a demonstration in front of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) demanding action against the company for its irresponsibility during distribution of refund warrants on the day. Belal Ahmed, managing director of Golden Son limited had a meeting with the SEC authority Tuesday after a letter was issued to the company asking it to explain why and what happened during distribution of the refund warrants Monday.
"We will send the manual refund warrants to the respective banks and those who applied through online banking system their refund warrants will be credited into respective bank accounts," Golden Son managing director Belal Ahmed, told the FE.
The company was supposed to hand over the refund warrants at 10 am Monday from the Mahbub Ali centre at Shahjahanpur in the city.
