Good news for US citizenship aspirants

The New York City last week announced a special programme to provide free legal help to the US citizenship aspirants. The NYC Mayor Bill De Bellagio’s Immigrations affairs office said the services will be given on Oct 18 and Nov 22 to the immigrants applying for the US citizenship. Rodni Carbajal, Contingency and Program Manager of NY City Mayor’s Immigrations affairs office, has said that the eligible persons will get opportunity for free apply, which needs US $680, and necessary help. He said the immigrants can get free legal help on Oct 18 at Hillcrest High School of Jamaica. Besides, Richmond Hill area has been selected for another service programme for the immigrants on Nov 22. Sources who have contact with the NYC Mayor’s Immigrations affairs office, said Bangladesh community, among others, can take this opportunity.
