Goon gets PM\\\'s assistance

Poet Nirmalendu Goon, who has been suffering from old-age complexities for a long time, has received financial assistance from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The Prime Minister handed over a cheque for Tk 2 million to the poet for his treatment at her Ganabhaban residence on Wednesday, according to a news agency.
