Government postal service is dependable

The private banks and non-banking financial institutions recently published statements in the print media stating that they had dispatched half-yearly financial statements to the addresses of the shareholders.  In bygone years, I used to go through similar statements in the newspapers.  I am a shareholder of at least 21 public limited companies; but I never got any financial statement.
I understand the management of the plcs (public limited companies) sent the financial statements through private courier services; but those were not delivered to the recipients.
Under these circumstance, I like to urge the management of the plcs to dispatch the financial statements through the government postal service which is more dependable.
