Govt announces 'citizens' charter' for travel agencies

The government has announced a 'citizens charter' for travel agencies, aiming to reduce harassment of the people. As per the charter, announced by the Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry, the travel agencies will have to take licences to operate their business. The travel agencies will have to apply in prescribed form for the licences mentioning the names of their company directors and other officials and employees. — UNB
