Govt for welfare of disabled children

Social Welfare Minister Enamul Haque Mostafa Shahid said the government is committed to ensure welfare of the disabled children. The social welfare minister said this at the concluding session of 'World Children Day-2011' organised by Bangladesh Shishu Kallyan Parishad' in the city Friday, reports BSS. The minister said the government has allocated enough fund to fulfill its commitment to ensure security of children and disabled. He said the government would provide assistance to those non-government organizations (NGOs), who works for the children and disabled. Later, the minister distributed prizes among the winners of art competition in observance of 'World Children Day- 2011'.
