Govt moves for 60MW solar park at Raozan

The government is going to set up a 60MW solar power project at Raozan in Chittagong in the private sector. Once implemented, officials said, state-owned Power Development Board (PDB) will purchase electricity from the private sector ‘solar park. “This will be the country’s largest ever single solar project with the highest capacity,” Power Division Joint Secretary Siddique Zobair told UNB.
