Govt to bring back bodies of 10 migrant workers killed in KSA

The government has taken steps to bring back bodies of 10 migrant workers killed in a road accident in Jizan province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on Saturday, reports BSS.
Referring to Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Ministry, Mostafa Jamil Khan, an official of Bangladesh Consulate General Office in Jeddah, told that all necessary steps have been taken to bring back the bodies within 20-21 days after completion of formalities of the Saudi Arabian government.
Each family of the deceased will get Tk 35 thousand for the burial and each family will get Tk 0.3 million as financial assistance from Wage Earners' Welfare Fund as per the government rules.
