Govt to curb poverty through promoting fisheries, livestock

RAJSHAHI, Jan 1 (BSS): Fisheries and Livestock Minister Abdul Latif Bishwas has said poverty could be reduced to a great extent through integrated and intensive fish farming everywhere in the country.
He said the present government is committed to building a poverty-free and self-reliant Bangladesh through a large-scale promotion of the fisheries and livestock sector.
