Govt to forfeit Khaleda\\\'s property, if court orders: PM

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said Wednesday the government would forfeit the property of Khaleda Zia, if the court gives a directive to this end, reports BSS.
"May be, the BNP leader does not want to abide by the laws and the court verdicts, nor she cares for anything. But we abide by the laws and rules and also protect the laws. We are also the lawmakers, as we frame laws in the parliament. As we formulate laws, it is also our responsibility to protect the laws," she said.
The Prime Minister said this while replying to a supplementary question in the parliament.
