Govt to work with high spirits in next 3 months: Hossain Zillur

Commerce Adviser Hossain Zillur Rahman Sunday said the government wanted to work with high spirits in the next three months and urged all to perform their respective duties sincerely to get better results, reports UNB.
"We have to work with high spirits during the next three months… we all should have the similar spirit… all should perform their respective duties sincerely to get better results," he told journalists waiting outside his Education Ministry office at Bangladesh Secretariat.
He, however, refrained from making any comment on the political parties' demand for lifting state of emergency before the upcoming general election.
Conveying his Eid greetings to all, the Commerce Adviser said this time people had a very good time during the Eid.
"With the same spirit," he said, "the caretaker government (CG) wants to put in its hundred per cent efforts to get expected results in every sector, particularly education, commerce and political arena."
He went on: "We would like to have good negotiations with political parties. We want to move forward with our good initiatives to resolve the crisis," he said.
Zillur, however, said that there were already some good results in commerce and education sectors as the country had attained 71 per cent growth in commerce while made a good breakthrough in the education sector.
