Govt won't tolerate any chaos: Sahara

Home Minister Sahara Khatun Friday warned that the government would not tolerate any chaos over the cancellation of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia's cantonment residence, reports UNB.
Speaking at a function of Mujib Sena Parishad at Mirpur, she alleged that some were trying to create unrest in the country capitalising on the issue.
"We won't tolerate any agitation to create chaos… It'll be dealt with a strong hand," she said.
The minister said the government would take action against those trying to fish in the troubled water.
She said the Cabinet took the decision to free the land occu pied by Khaleda Zia illegally.
The home minister urged Khaleda to vacate the house abiding by the government decision. "People will appreciate you if you do it," she said advising the opposition to shun the path of anarchy.
