Govt works to enrich cultural education

CHITTAGONG, Dec 17 (BSS): Minister for Information and Cultural Affairs Abul Kalam Azad has said the present government is pledge bound to enrich cultural education and its nourishment.
"Keeping this in view the government is pursuing a policy for flourishing indigenous culture at all district and upazila levels with the integration of the national cultural activities,' the minister pointed out.
The minister was inaugurating the renovated auditorium and art gallery of Zila Shilpakala Academy here today.
The minister said works for establishment of silpakala academies in 15 districts and 15 upazilas are going on and there are plans for setting up of such institutions in other places.
