GP launches whole day internet for Tk 1

Grameenphone has launched an exciting offer for its valued customers, which will allow all GP customers to enjoy all day internet only at Tk 1 without any hidden cost. Through this very affordable micro pack, interested GP customers, vast majority of whom are currently using feature phones, will be able to access internet for the first time without worrying about cost, said a press release on Wednesday. Through this offer, customers will have to pay only Tk 1 for 3 MB internet (2G) for the whole day along with 2 free MMS. The validity of this highly affordable data package is 2 days (including the activation day). Even after expiration of 3 MB data, customers will be able to continue to enjoy internet at an affordable rate of Tk 0.01/10KB within the validity period. The package has auto renewal feature which takes away the hassle of re-activating the data package after package expiration. Any valued GP customer will be able to avail this offer by dialing USSD code *500*11*1# free of cost, according to a news agency.
