Grameenphone Limited on Thursday introduced its first ‘Customer FIRST’ app with a mobile application for its employees to empower them to better serve as the organisation’s brand ambassadors. The Customer FIRST App is a simple and effective solution that empowers Grameenphone (GP) employees to respond to queries from their friends and family, as well other GP customers. The main objective of the application’s introduction is to help employees serve customers from anywhere and anytime through their mobile phones, according to a news agency.
