GP, Nokia launch Eid promotion

Grameenphone (GP) Limited and Nokia Emerging Asia (EA) have jointly launched a special promotion for the Eid-ul-Fitr.
In this connection, an agreement was signed between GP and Nokia EA in the city recently.
Director (Sales) of GP Laszlo Barta and Managing Director of Nokia EA Prem Chand signed the deal on behalf of their respective companies, said a press release.
Under the package, new subscribers of GP Business Solutions, Smile and djuice will enjoy attractive promotional offers on purchase of a new a Nokia device bundled with a connection.
Recently-launched Nokia enterprise solutions devices E66 and E71 have been bundled with GP Business Solutions connections, where both pre-paid and post-paid customers can enjoy a special price and usage-based monthly benefits.
Additionally, all smile, djuice and Business Solutions pre-paid customers will also be able to purchase Nokia 1200 handsets and enjoy usage-based monthly benefits.
In both cases, existing customers of the respective segments will be able to purchase only the handset by showing their active GP connections.
Among others, Deputy General Manager (Mobile Devices, Sales) of GP Sarder Showkat Ali and Deputy Manager (Mobile Devices, Sales) Md Anowar Hossain and National Sales Manager for Bangladesh of Nokia EA Md Mesbah Uddin were present at the agreement signing ceremony.
