GPH Ispat AGM held

The 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of GPH Ispat Ltd was held at Hotel Agrabad, Chittagong Monday. The meeting, attended by a large number of shareholders approved 20 per cent (5 per cent stock, 15 per cent cash) dividend for the financial year 2013-2014.
The meeting was presided over by Md. Alamgir Kabir, Chairman of the Company while Managing Director Mohammed Jahangir Alam was present.
Mr. Md. Alamgir Kabir outlined the future plans and programmes of the company.
