Grand success of a Bangladeshi expat

A Bangladeshi researcher, Dr Sabir Mirza, has got 'The 2008 Outstanding Research Award in Pharmaceutical Technologies' from American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientist, the largest pharmaceutical association of the world, for his doctoral thesis. The award was handed over through a function held at Atlanta, USA on November 17, 2008.
Dr Mirza is now doing his research on Crystal Morphology of Engineering of Pharmaceutical solids: Tabletting Performance Enhancement and molecular level information of drug molecules etc.
He finished his PhD course in the Pharmacy Department laboratory of the Helsinki University in Finland in 2007. He is now working as the senior researcher in the pharmacy department of the same university.
