Green Delta Housing continues business expansion

Green Delta Housing and Development Ltd has continued its business expansion vowing to help fulfill the housing needs of urban people and also promote the tourism industry in Cox's Bazar.
"We are doing real estate business since 1994 and now we have 50 new projects in Cox's Bazar, Chittagong and Dhaka," chairman of the company Nurul Amin told the FE.
At the beginning, the number of apartment buyers was only 100, now there are 3000 buyers, the company chairman added.
"We believe tourism could be a strong source to promote the country's economy and development of Cox's Bazar will help a lot to achieve the target," Mr Nurul Amin added.
Green Delta Housing and Development Ltd began its journey in Cox's Bazar in late-2008.
Now there are five projects of the company in Cox's Bazar.
At the beginning of 2009, the company shifted its corporate office at city's Dhanmondi area.
The company obtained the membership of Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) in 2005.
