Green Delta Ins holds 28th AGM

Green Delta Insurance Company Limited has approved 15% stock dividend and 15% cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2013. The approval was given at the 28th Annual General Meeting of the company, held on Saturday at Spectra Convention Center Limited, Dhaka. The meeting was attended by sponsors, directors and a large number of shareholders and was presided over by Mr. A. Q. M Nurul Absar, Chairman of the company. The newly appointed Managing Director and CEO of Green Delta Insurance Ms. Farzana Chowdhury also addressed at the AGM to the shareholders. The Chairman expressed his appreciation towards the shareholders of the company for their continuous support and cooperation towards the growth of the company. Ms. Farzana Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO also thanked all the shareholders for helping Green Delta Insurance march ahead in the industry, according to a statement of Green Delta Insurance Ltd.
