Green Delta Insurance declares 25pc cash dividend

Green Delta Insurance announced a 25 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ending December 31, 2023, at its 38th annual general meeting held virtually on Sunday. The meeting was chaired by Abul Hasan Chowdhury, chairman of the company. Farzanah Chowdhury, chartered insurer, managing director and CEO of Green Delta Insurance, and Nasir A Choudhury, advisor and founding managing director, also attended the AGM.
