Green Delta launches new subsidiary

Green Delta Insurance has recently launched its 4th subsidiary--GD Assist Limited. The new venture came into being to provide Value Added Services to back the insurance industry up with concentration on healthcare services, logistics support, global emergency medical evacuation services etc. The formal launching took place in a press conference organised in the city today. The programme was attended by Management Committee members and senior officials of Green Delta. Advisor of Green Delta Insurance and Chairman of GD Assist Nasir A. Choudhury, Managing Director and CEO of Green Delta Insurance and Director of GD Assist Farzana Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of Green Delta Securities Wafi S M Khan, Deputy Managing Director and Company Secretary of Green Delta Insurance Syed Moinuddin Ahmed and Media Advisor Mushfiqul Fazal Ansari spoke in the press conference, according to a statement.
