Growing road safety concern

Reckless driving has snatched away yet another life as roads and highways have turned into death traps. A woman, who died of road accident in the city's Mohakhali area, left behind her daughter who would grow up without love and care of her mother. Unfortunately, rising incidence of road crash over the years has its root in reckless driving. Other causes and remedial measures are already identified by the stakeholders. Now, the government just needs to bring discipline in the transport sector so that the public can travel safely.
