GSS observes founding anniversary at RU

RAJSHAHI UNIVERSITY, Dec 6: Gono Shilpi Sangstha, a cultural organisation of the Rajshahi University (RU) unit observed its founding anniversary at the campus with much enthusiasm and fanfare.
To mark the anniversary it organised a two-day long festival with different programmes including rally, reciting, drama stage, folk music, discussion meeting and cultural function that began on Friday.
Lighting the candle the festival was inaugurated at the Kazi Nazrul Islam auditorium Friday at 5.30pm.
Bangladesh Gono Shilpi Sangsta, central unit president HM Sayeed, RU unit founder president Mizanur Rahman and Jhenidha district unit president Abdus Salam addressed as guests at the inaugural ceremony.
