GTCL holds 31st annual general meeting

The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gas Transmission Company Limited (GTCL) was held at the boardroom of the company's head office in Dhaka on November 17.
Dr. Mohammad Hafizur Rahman Bhuiyan, Chairman of the GTCL Board of Directors, presided over the meeting.
The meeting was attended by the company's shareholders, including Petrobangla Chairman Md Rezanur Rahman, and board members, says a press statement.
At the AGM, the company's audited accounts for the 2023-24 fiscal year and management report were approved.
GTCL has earned total revenue of Tk 22.27 billion during the 2023-24 fiscal year.
The company deposited a total of Tk 6.86 billion into the national treasury in the said fiscal year.
