There are about 500 call centres in the Middle East and the Gulf Air call centre was chosen from among 25 entries from the region.
The event, which is considered a benchmark for the region's call centres, was held at a hotel in Dubai.
"This is a wonderful achievement and such prestigious recognition is a testament to our unwavering dedication and commitment to serve our customers better in an extremely competitive and ever more demanding environment", Gulf Air Executive Vice President (Marketing and Sales) Lee Shave said.
