'Gunfights' kill two in Tangail, Rangpur

Two suspected drug traders were killed in reported gunfights in Tangail and Rangpur on Sunday, reports UNB.
In Tangail, Ruhul alias Kailya Ruhul was killed in a 'gunfight' with members of the Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) in Golra village of Kalihati upazila.
In Rangpur, suspected drug trader Rafiqul Islam Opi, 45, son of late Ahsan Ali of the Haragachi Municipality area in Kaunia upazila, was killed.
Meanwhile, a 'drug addict' died from a heart attack in the police custody after being arrested from the Baniapara area of Panchagarh town.
The deceased was identified as Kajol Sheikh Maju, 43, son of Hazrat Ali of the New Market area of the town.
