Gunpowder recovered in city

Police recovered gunpowder and sulphur from Lalmatia area of the city following confessional statement of a Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) leader on Monday night, reports UNB.
Earlier, police arrested the JCD leader, Mahiuddin Ahmed Razib (30), son of Mokhlesur Rahman of Hazaribagh and secretary of the city Ward No-15 unit JCD, was arrested on Sunday.
