Habib Bank holds workshop on ‘Understanding UCP-600’

Habib Bank Limited organised a workshop for its officials on "Understanding UCP-600" in the city recently, said a press release.
Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) and Regional General Manager for South Asia Azmat Ashraf inaugurated the workshop.
Director of the BIBM Toufic Ahmed Chowdhury, Country Operation Manger of the bank M Aftabuddin and Corporate Manager SMQ Hasan jointly conducted the workshop.
The workshop was organised to familiarise the participants with the conceptual aspects of UCP-600 and how to implement it in the context of global trends of import and export business, the release added.
A total of 15 officials of the bank's Dhaka, Chittagong and Sylhet branches took part in the workshop.
