Hafiz re-elected Pubali Bank chairman

Prominent social worker and MP Hafiz Ahmed Mazumder was unanimously re-elected as chairman of the Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Ltd Thursday in its 711th board meeting, says a press release.
He is a renowned industrialist and tea planter of the country.
He is also associated with many social activities and contributing in education sector through "Hafiz Mazumder Education Trust".
The trust provides financial assistance to build new schools and colleges and to improve the quality of the education in the country.
Many academic institutions, such as "Scholars Home" in Sylhet are receiving funds from this trust.
