Hajj Pilgrimage: Haab urges govt to reduce moallem fee

Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (Haab) president Mohammad Ibrahim Bahar on Monday urged the government to reduced the Moallem fee for next year’s Hajj to Tk 30,000 as against existing Tk 0.12 million. “We also urge the government to allow all airlines of the Middle East to carry the Hajj pilgrims… we hope, this will reduce the sufferings of pilgrims,” he said, addressing a press conference at a city hotel, according to a news agency.
