Half a dozen HSC question paper 'leakers' have been arrested in the city. Detective Branch of police, dealing with cyber crimes, have picked up the six men from Dhaka’s Demra for their suspected link to leaking HSC test question papers on a social networking site. Detective Branch spokesman Muntasirul Islam said that they were arrested on Wednesday night. The arrestees included ‘mastermind’ of the question leak, Rayhan Chowdhury alias Dan Brown, the DB official said. He did not make it clear whether those arrested were involved in the leak of question papers of this year’s HSC test, or the previous year. The detail of the arrest would be revealed in a press conference later on Thursday, he added. The government postponed the HSC test and launched an investigation into the allegation of question paper leak in April last year. This year, bdnews24.com found that Accounting second paper’s objective examination was held with the question paper that was leaked on social networking sites the night before the test on June 18.
