Half-yrly confce of Eastland Ins held

The Half-Yearly Conference - 2015 of Eastland Insurance Company Limited was held on Thursday at a Convention Centre in Dhaka. Mr Mahbubur Rahman, Chairman of the Company inaugurated the Conference. In his inaugural address, the Chairman expressed satisfaction on the overall performances achieved by the company during the period despite stiff competition. The Company is passing over 29 years of its successful operation and has since attained the height of sound financial strength and enviable goodwill, thus being categorized among the top ten in the sector, the Chairman added. He called upon all concerned to be up and doing for maintaining Company's trend of growth and image by strictly observing relevant Rules set by the Regulators. Mr. Arun Kumar Saha, Managing Director & CEO in his speech evaluated the Half-Yearly performance of the Company and congratulated the staff.
