Handball competition begins at JU

JAHANGIRNAGAR UNIVERSITY, Nov 29 (BSS): The Inter-department Handball Competition of Jahangirnagar University (JU) kicked off at the central playground on the university Saturday.
The JU Journalism and Media Studies Department won the opening match defeating the Law and Justice Department by 3-2 goals.
JU Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Abul Hossain inaugurated the competition as the chief guest with president of Sports Management Committee Dr Abdullahel Kafi in the chair.
Director of JU Gymnasium Md Sifatullah delivered welcome speech.
