Handover of Uttara flats from Dec ‘16

Housing and Public Works Minister Mosharraf Hossain Sunday said the process of handing over the flats at Uttara third phase project at sector 18 will start from December 2016.
The minister also instructed Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk) and public works department to complete the     construction work quickly.
Mr Mosharraf gave the instructions while visiting the project site to see himself the progress of the construction work. The minister expressed satisfaction with the progress.
Under Uttara project-phase III, Rajuk is constructing 15,600 flats on 214.44 acres of land with its own funding. Two types of flats measuring 1,250 sq ft and 1,050 sq ft will be constructed here. Rajuk and public works department will construct 40 and 39 buildings respectively. Construction of some buildings has been completed up to the ninth floor.
